MPA is proud of its students and family atmosphere. Follow the checklist below to begin the process of becoming part of our family!

There are two ways to start the application process:

Download the Application (12 pages • 1.18 Mb) and Recommendation Forms (front/back • 9K)

or Request the application to be mailed to you.

Review Foreign/ESL Students information page if applicable to you

Submit application to:

Candler, NC

Insure recommendations are complete. These are required prior to the application being reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Receive Admissions Committee decision (accept or deny) via letter.

Obtain signed medical forms, social security card, and make financial arrangements.

Return room reservation form.

Participate in Registration Day
